The Luxe Package is ideal if you want a partner in the planning process from the very beginning. We’ll walk you through each step — from vendor matching to layout design to styling every detail of your venue. Together, we’ll refine your vision, pair you with vendors who fit your style and budget, and plan every element of your ceremony and reception.

We’ll also create a custom rehearsal and ceremony plan, plus an extremely detailed event timeline that’s directed by our team. Once your timeline and layout are confirmed, you’ll have the chance to review or adjust before we share it with your full vendor team. On wedding day, our planners and design assistants are there to set up, style, and ensure your vision comes to life seamlessly.

Because our packages already meet Chandler Oaks’ staffing requirements, there’s no need to hire an outside coordinator or pay additional staffing costs. More ease, more savings, more joy.

Let’s Talk Florals

No! We love partnering with other florist when we plan or other planners when we flower! We love both worlds but have many vendor pals who refer us for one service or the other based on their clients needs. 

North Florida and surrounding areas but if your location is outside of our standard zone, check to see if you're venue is on our bucket list! 

Although, we are Chandler Oaks event management team and run all events for Chandler Oaks, we are not exclusive and love working at venues all over north Florida! 

As a general rule of thumb, for events wanting to cover the basics we suggest dedicating 10-15% of your overall wedding budget toward florals.

Events with emphasized focus on florals we suggest 15-20% of the overall budget.

Events with florals as the highest priority decor element we suggest 20-25% of the overall budget.

Keep in mind we can typically work alongside any budget. We will guide you through what your budgetary goals can realistically achieve based on your inspo!

We evaluate the schedule approximately every 2 months but during the interim, you have full access to owner & founder Amy Brooks. Amy will answer any questions and point you in the direction needed prior to your lead being assigned!
